approved by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to perform
drug and alcohol testing. We have certified Screen Test Technicians
(STT) and Specimen Collectors who perform collections. Florida
Health & Fitness Center only utilizes SAMHSA certified testing
laboratories. Our services include:
• Urine Drug Screens
• Breath and Saliva Alcohol Testing
Our drug and alcohol services feature:
• Assistance with set up and management
of our clients' drug and alcohol testing programs with full
compliance to State and Federal regulations
• 24-hour turn around for negative test results (24-72
hrs. for non-negative tests requiring confirmations)
• Confirmation alcohol testing performed by certified
Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT), following FMSCA guidelines
